We’re a charming, purpose-built alpine lodge and motel complex in the heart of Ohakune, perfectly situated to explore the region.
We are particularly suited to the corporate/contractor sectors as well as large tourism groups, having a large variety of accommodation types and room sizes. We also have large parking areas for trucks, buses or light commercial vehicles and trailers.

The Hobbit™ Motorlodge has a wide variety of accommodation options from premium suites with mountain view to budget accommodation. Find the perfect option for you. Most of our rooms have been double glazed to give a greater level of comfort in the colder months and also providing noise reduction.
